If a price, an opening time, a metro line or a booking process described here is wrong, that is the message we most want to receive. Milan revises its museum hours and ATM fares more often than most cities, and a guide written in June can be inaccurate by October. Tell us which page and what has changed, and it will be corrected and re-dated.

What we can and cannot help with

Happy to help with: corrections and updates, a question a guide left unanswered, suggestions for something worth covering, press and media enquiries, and questions about reusing material from the site.

Cannot help with: booking or changing anything. This site does not sell tickets, rooms, tours or transfers, and has no access to any reservation you have made. If your Last Supper tickets have not arrived, or a hotel has charged you twice, you need the vendor you paid, not us. Likewise we cannot hold, cancel or refund anything, and we are not able to give individual advice on visas, insurance claims or lost property.

Hotels, restaurants and tour operators

You are welcome to get in touch, and it is genuinely useful to hear when a venue has moved, changed its hours or closed. What you cannot do is buy a listing. There is no paid inclusion, no sponsored review and no link-insertion arrangement on this site, and offers of any of those will not get a reply. If a guide has described your business inaccurately, say so and it will be checked against the primary source and fixed.

Response times

This is a small operation, not a newsroom. Most messages get a reply within a few days. Corrections are usually actioned faster than they are acknowledged, so if you flag an error you may see the page change before you hear back.
