These terms govern your use of www.milantourism.org. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read rather than to be impressive.
What this site is
Milan Tourism Guide publishes free editorial guides to visiting Milan and the surrounding region. It is an information service. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, ticket seller or booking platform, it is not affiliated with the Comune di Milano, ATM Milano, Trenitalia, Italo, or any museum, hotel or restaurant described here, and it takes no payment from readers.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
Guides are researched from primary sources and dated to the year they describe. Milan nonetheless changes faster than any published guide: ATM revises fares, museums close galleries for restoration, The Last Supper’s booking windows move, transport strikes are announced at short notice, and much of the city shuts in August.
Everything here is therefore provided for general information, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Confirm anything your trip depends on with the operator before you rely on it — opening hours, ticket availability, closure dates, prices and entry requirements above all. Where a guide states a price, it is the price observed at the time of writing, in euros, and it will drift.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, medical, insurance or financial advice. Guides that touch on visas and entry requirements, travel insurance, safety, accessibility or health describe general circumstances only; your own situation, nationality and needs may differ entirely. Consult the relevant authority or a qualified professional before acting.
Links to other sites
Guides link to official ticketing pages, transport operators and venue websites so you can book or verify directly. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their prices, their terms, or anything that happens when you transact with them. A link is a signpost, not an endorsement or a guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milan Tourism Guide is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including missed trains, unavailable tickets, closed attractions, wasted journeys, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Copyright and how you may use this material
The text, structure and original photography on this site are the property of Milan Tourism Guide and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link to the page it came from.
You may not republish guides in whole or substantial part, scrape or bulk-copy the site, sell or licence its material, or use it to train machine-learning models, in each case without written permission. Some photographs are used under third-party licences and are not ours to sublicense. If you would like to reuse something, ask through the contact page — the answer is often yes.
Trade marks
Names such as Duomo di Milano, La Scala, San Siro, ATM, Trenitalia, Italo and the hotels, restaurants and brands mentioned in these guides belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, for identification and editorial comment only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied in either direction.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, place disproportionate load on the server through automated requests, or use the contact form to send spam, marketing or link-building solicitations. Access may be blocked where this happens.
Advertising
The site carries no advertising at the date above, and intends to be funded by display advertising in future. Any advertising will be visually distinguishable from editorial content. Advertisers have no influence over which places are recommended, and no recommendation on this site has been paid for. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for your dealings with advertisers.
Availability
The site is provided as-is and may be unavailable, in whole or part, at any time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Guides may be revised, re-dated, merged or withdrawn without notice, which is a necessary consequence of keeping travel information current.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the site’s publisher is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
